The Story
Belle Hair was established in 2012 by the salon owner, Verity. Starting with a small team the business has flourished over the years through the hard work and dedication of all involved. We are currently working on a salon expansion in to education and creating a safer space for our neuro diverse clients.
The Team
Our team are completely dedicated to keeping up with the latest developments in the industry and continually educate our clients to what is new and what works.
Our salon surroundings are created to make you feel comfy, cosy and relaxed during your visit with us (we even offer wine and bubbles to you help you on your way!).

Hi guys, welcome to the site and thanks for reading my bio. I have been hairdressing since 2005 and am still as passionate about hairstyling as I was at the start. I’ve always had a thirst to keep learning and taking on new challenges, and have completed many qualifications over the years. The salon, my team and our wonderful clients are extremely important to me and I am always striving to create a comfortable, welcoming and vibrant environment for everyone.
A bit about my career – I learnt the trade by completing an apprenticeship, levels 2 & 3, and have always been salon based. I then went on to complete my ‘Master Colour Expert Award’ with Wella which took my knowledge of colour to another level. After a few years managing a salon for another company, I decided my next challenge was to set up my own and Belle Hair Boutique was born.
I try to go on at least 3 courses a year to keep ahead of the game, and we work with some wonderful suppliers that keep us well informed of what’s happening in the hair industry so I can bring this back to you guys. Myself & the team all learn from each other are always sharing ideas & tips.

Kira has been with the salon for a few years now. She completed her apprenticeship with us in 2017 and has really flourished over her time with us earning herself a promotion to Creative Stylist. She is an extremely popular stylist due to her bubbly nature (and pretty much knows everyone in Romsey!) and amazing balayage skills!
I have been a fully qualified hairstylist since 2017. I completed my apprenticeship at the salon and am pleased with my progression over the last few years. I really enjoy creative colouring, particularly balayage, and love cutting short hair – short doesn’t mean boring! I love making my clients feel good and watching them walk out the salon with a smile on their face.

Star is the newest addition to our team. She has worked in salons since 2018 and qualified in 2021. She covers all areas of hairdressing and really excels in hair extensions and styling hair. She particularly enjoys working with long hair but is working towards gaining more experience in shorter styles.
I really enjoy my career as a hair stylist. I like working with a variety of clients and am loving observing how all the other girls in the team do things differently. I am very excited to do more vibrant colour work and also continue doing a variety of different hair extensions and colours for people.

Clare joined the team in 2016 and works part time at the salon, juggling single-motherhood and being an awesome hair stylist! She is one of the kindest people you could ever meet and always brightens up everyone’s day in the salon. She gives her clients and every service her absolute all and always encourages people to try something new, no matter how big or small.
Hello everybody, just want to say I really love my job at the salon and working with all you lovely people. I never get bored of doing hair and I love to inspire my clients to do the things they’ve always thought about doing but have never felt confident enough to. I do most aspects of hair in the salon and aim to progress on to hair extensions over time. My passions lie with balayage, creative colours and festival/bridal hair.

Meet Chloe-Anne. She initially joined the salon as our Saturday helper and within no time was offered the job as our apprentice hair stylist. She is now qualified and is very quickly building her column up with lots of regular clients.
I absolutely love my job. My favourite things to do are creating vivid colours and working with a variety of clients.
