Cancellation & Missed appointments Policy
To our Valued Guests, your appointments are very important to us here at Belle Hair Boutique. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you and stops anybody else reserving this time slot/stylist. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
All our policies are designed to benefit our clients. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they require and individual stylists loose out on revenue.
Therefore, any rescheduled appointments with less that 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service charge. Any ‘no shows’ or missed appointments will result in a 100% service charge and the right to reserve any future appointment slots without a deposit.
Services & Complaints Policy
Complaints are very rare at our salon. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the service you received during your visit, please call and speak with one of our senior members of staff within 3 days and we will arrange a time for you to come back and have your hair/nails assessed. Please note – any ‘styling’ complaints must be voiced before leaving the salon as cannot be rectified once you have left. Full service price applies after 3 days.
Our senior stylists will assess the work that has been done and be pleased to offer a complimentary service to achieve your goals if they believe the service has been carried out inappropriately. We do not offer any refunds for any hair or nail services, nor will we be able to offer any follow up if you have any work done elsewhere.
Belle Hair Boutique will not be liable for results of colour correction services. Corrective colour usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results and because of the nature of colouring products, we cannot guarantee colour results. Our re-do policy does not cover a change in style or colour choice, nor does it cover colour fade or accidental damage i.e. catching a nail.
